Amethyst Jones has a baby sister named Iris Jones. "Amy" takes care of her sister as best she can, just like a mother would, in the household she is forced to live in. The twist? They want her to live with them, with their pack of wolves, but she doesn't want to, can't, for many reasons. See the problem? And basically, her five best friends Paisley, Sarah, Scarlett, Bella, and Emy. Now, Kate doesn't know how she got out of that car reck. But when her mate rejects her and she decides to leave, she meets an amazing new "pack" I guess is what you can call them or just a group of friends. When a lot of rouges come they have to go back and live with the pack she never wanted to see. Her ex mate pack. But it has been 3 years since she has been there and she is even better. Will she be able to handle it? Will he win her back? Will she fall for him? Or will he hurt her more?

Helen's parents demand that she marry the man they've chosen for her or be disowned. She chooses to be disowned. But that isn't good enough for them. They make sure that she either doesn't get jobs or they make sure that she gets fired from them. She loses her apartment and all her things do to them. They are sure that she'll give in and marry the man they've chosen rather than live on the streets. But then again, they've never really paid much attention to their daughter unless they wanted something from her. Helen would rather live on the streets and eat out of garbage dumpsters then return to her parents and marry the man that would make her life a living hell. At least on the streets she's free. She might starve or freeze to death but she'll be free. Then one day three men come after her, intent on forcing her and beating her for what little she has. Before one of them does more than grab her arm the three are gone. Helen looks down and finds them on the ground with their hearts torn out of the bodies. She looks at the person that did that in horror but then her sight goes black.
