Midoriya Izuku, otherwise known as "Decipher", is the yakuza boss of the "Unknown Passcodes". The reason why they are named this is that: no one has ever seen their leader. Anyone who has is either dead or in the yakuza. One day, someone finds out his age and requests for him to infiltrate UA High School as his alter ego.
