A girl born in the wrong generation goes back in time to visit her favorite band except they arent in the band yet..
Mirai is a 16 year old girl in the year 2019 meaning she was born in 2003, to her that was the prime time of the year and she MISSED IT the audacity of her parents!
She was never really understood by her peers, its hard being the smartest and an Alt kid at the same time, nobody to match your intelligence and nobody to match her style and interest. And its still a crucial time to being picked on for being the "emo" kid.
As Mirai rushed home to finish her project, she successfully made all her hard work worth it because she just figured out time travel! Now shes going back to 2004 to live through the Three Cheers of Sweet Revenge era in concert. She thought she had it all planned out but she made a mistake and put 1994 instead of 2004. And to make matters worse she runs into highschool 16 year old Gerard Of My Chemical Romance.
"Whats with your clothes?" he asks.
Now Mirai has to make sure she doesnt change the future , but enjoy it while it lasts

Gerard is new to the school.. he finally got kicked out of his old one, now being forced to go to school with Mikey, not that's it's a bad thing. unlike what people would thing, Gerard and Mikey get along great..it's just other people that bugs Gerard. he sticks out like a sore thumb, hes soft spoken and has pretty feminine features as well as dressing up in pastel clothes (skirts). he gets into fights a lot and he's not afraid to stick up for himself but it gets tiring so he normally lets his bully's do whatever they need. at his new school he meets Frank. he's known to not let people push him the wrong way and he'll call you out on your bullshit. Frank finds Gerard...uh, interesting. it's hard to tell what Gerard is thinking most times and that really bugs Frank. Gerard tends to be in his own and Frank wants to change that...but how can he? Gerard will forever be known as the "cross dresser" and Frank will always be seen as "too good" for Gerard.
