They say the worst thing you could do is fall in love with a straight girl. I guess that's true. Especially when she isn't your soulmate, and this disease exists. Hanahaki. It's a disease where someone coughs up flower petals when they suffer from one sided love they cough up their beloved's favourite flower. It ends when the beloved returns their feelings, or when the victim dies. It can be cured through surgical removal, but when the infection is removed, their romantic feelings for their love also disappears. (This is also a soulmate AU)
