They're those who have committed crimes or have regrets in their life too. 50% of these people in Equestria either have sins or regrets, or hell both. But, there are 40% that are sinners who don't have either regrets and/or sins for what they did. And lastly, the 10% are just common & normal, meaning they have no idea what is happening in Equestria. Meet Twilight Sparkle who's part of that 10%, she's the princess's newest student who is moving to Ponyville to help organize for the Summer Sun Celebration, something she really didn't want to do. But, she's also going to Ponyville for a different reason.
