Some stories start good. Some don't. Normal fairy tales start with "once upon a time she was at a ball and something amazing happened". Mine starts in a place called the North Pole. You're probably thinking that this story is all about gifts and packages and elves. Boy do you got it wrong.

Do you ever feel like you were born into the wrong world? Because that is exactly how Elodie Penvensie felt. Her twin brother Peter, and the rest of her younger siblings never understood her. In fact, they used to distance themselves from her quite a bit, seeing as Elodie's nose was always in a book, dreaming about the fantastical worlds she wished she was born into. And sometimes, wishes come true. Elodie's did when her youngest sister, Lucy, found herself walking through the wardrobe and into a land covered in snow. And for a moment, her life was perfect. It was everything she could've ever wanted. But all good moments must come to an end as they accidentally left the magical kingdom of Narnia. But when they're finally summoned back to face an army by the likes of which they'd never seen before, Aslan's words ring true. Nothing happens the same way twice. Because this time, they're given aid by Prince Caspian, the Tenth. And Elodie has never met someone so similar to her and yet so different in her entire lifetime, both in and outside of Narnia. So join Elodie on the adventure of a lifetime. Join her in Narnia, because Narnia has missed their High Queen. #1 in chroniclesofnarnia #3 in reepicheep #9 in eustace #9 in whitewitch #10 in thelionthewitchandthewardrobe #12 in princecaspian #22 in lucypenvensie #30 in peterpenvensie #36 in edmundpenvensie #42 in narnia (Prince Caspian - Voyage of the Dawn Treader) (Disclaimer: I don't own any of the characters or plotlines. Once upon a time in the hidden heart of France, a handsome young prince lived in a beautiful castle. Although he had everything his heart desired, the prince was selfish, spoiled, and unkind. He had an entire army of servants there to attend to his every need, most of which were there since his childhood. The prince nearly hated his staff, even when they'd done nothing wrong - and were only trying to meet his needs. One night, during one of the Prince's courting events - a special type of ball, where dozens of young woman would dress up and dance with the prince, in an attempt to win over his heart and become queen to the Kingdom - An uninvited guest arrived. It was a poor, shivering, elderly woman seeking shelter from the bitter winter storm. Repulsed by her haggard appearance, the prince dismissed the woman. As a gift, the old woman offered the prince a single rose, but when he dismissed her again, the woman's outer appearance melted away. Only to reveal a beautiful enchantress. The prince begged for forgiveness, but it was too late - for she could see there was no love in his heart. The enchantress cursed the prince, transforming him into a hideous beast - and if he was unable to learn to love another, and earn their love in return by the time the last petal from the rose she offered had fallen, he would remain a beast forever. But the enchantress also placed the curse upon his innocent castle staff, who were transformed into antiques; suffering for the prince's mistake(s) in small, rusting, metallic bodies. Life was hard enough for the staff, but now - it was unbearable. ~ This story will go through the staff's struggles before, DURING, and after they were cursed. It will also fill plot holes and extend the ending of Beauty And The Beast. A majority of this story is a prequel, and will fall into a bit of a sequel as well, so I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it!
