Seventeen year old Bailey Monaghan had never been afraid of planes. She had flown from New York, to Anchorage, a city in Alaska where her father lived, nearly every summer since she was seven. So, naturally when boarding a private plane packed with nine other girls her age and a suspiciously good chocolate cake, Bailey hadn't been anticipating the plane to crash; leaving them stranded on a desolate island with nothing but a lighter and a waterlogged cellphone.
