Ink was always known for being happy and eager to meet new people, offering to be a friend to everyone he meets.

But after meeting someone in particular, his entire attitude changes. He's become more reclusive and quiet, only talking to Dream about anything at all. He's pushing himself to do his work and won't accept help from anyone. He's pushing everyone away and no one can figure out why. But the others aren't so willing to comply with Ink's new behavior, with one of them forcing themselves into the situation to get to the bottom of it.

This takes place in an AU thats not really an AU, seeing as there are no undertale characters. There is a "Gang" in this school, it is comprised of Nightmare, Error, Cross, Killer, Horror, and Dust. Everyone is afraid of them, except for the Star Sanses. Eventually, one of the star sanses, Ink, is able to befriend one of the bad guys, Error. Error starts to develop feelings for the artist, but, when something bad happens to Ink, error wonders if he'll ever get a chance. {This is an extremely slow-burn! You have been warned.}

'It's all my fault...' 'Now he's gone...' 'If I would have listened, and believed him....' "I'm sorry," He let out a choked sob. ERROR cried, falling to his knees in his house. The ones he loved most were just taken from him. How could he live with himself? He left for groceries, and when he came back his greatest enemy he thought he killed a few months ago was in his house, holding the ones he loved. On the ground layed the one he loved, dying and becoming dust. "I-Im S-s-So s-s-O-r-RY..!!" He wailed out, dust laying on his lap. Nothing could bring them back, it'd take a miracle to find out how to revive a skeleton after he became dust. And it'd take forever to hunt through EVERY SINGLE AU to find the only ones he loved that were still alive. He LET him take them. But if he went and looked for them, they'd die. He took one deep, shaky breath as he wispered, "I'm sorry...." Then shock took over. Another voice just forgave him. Shakily, he turned around as tears stopped flowing.
