It's 2020 and the Winter tournament is over. During the tournament, all of Karasuno's volleyball team got sick and had to drop out. On the way back, they hear about Covid-19 on the radio and start to question if they caught the virus. Worried about their families, they spend their 14 day quarantine at a nearby motel.  14 whole days alone with their teammates means that they'll get to know their friends a lot more than they already do...  After so much time together, Kageyama and Hinata confess their feelings and things get steamy.
