Russia has passed a law.
    
    Maximum TWO kids. Each kid that is born passed two shall be taken away, and killed.

    A war will began against the human and non-human. Of course, the world doesn't know... except the the government of Russia, US, Korea, Germany, and China. Those country's have also, passed the law of no more then two kids per family.
