When Shigaraki forms a plan that includes a childhood friend of Dabi's, he can't quite pull off the part he's meant to play. No matter how hard Dabi tries, he can't help falling for Hawks, again.
But there are consequences to this relationship.

NOT EDITED Hawks has to work for the Leauge Of Villians and sees someone who reminds him of his childhood friend. The League doesn't trust him very much so they have someone watch him.
