He entered the ballroom dressed elegantly and beautifully in order to assassinate the other assassin sent in, however, when he began to dance with someone with piercing eyes, he realizes too late that he'd know those eyes anywhere. Those are the last thing he saw when he earned a scar across his throat- the legendary assassin sent to kill the ruler of this land... who hired him to kill this assassin. All of this comes to a culmination as his dance partner with those piercing, sharp eyes asks: "What is troubling you, dear?"
Turning to them with a fake smile across his lips- a mask to conceal the fangs he would rather bare at their throat- he chuckles, low and sweet. "Oh, nothing. I simply got lost in your eyes."
"Oh? Did you now?" They chuckle quietly and with a knowing smirk, they cast those devilish eyes back to him. "I've been told I have eyes that see what people wish most to conceal." They wink as they twirl him, and in the haze of fabric and music, they disappear. Bastard sure knows how to be dramatic... but they're no match for him... as long as he can keep his wits about him and his heart on a leash. That handsome devil knows how to enchant... but if looks could kill - they would be long dead.
"Game on." He whispered, the befanged smirk gracing his lips as he looped an arm around the well concealed assassin's waist once you've found them once more. They seem surprised. However, both dance as if they do not recognize each other. What a dance with the devil this'll be.
