Ryan Smith is one in a 2,000 with his special abilities. After a wretched day of school he is encountered by the city, no state bully. The bullies gives him a bet but it goes horribly wrong, the ground shakes surrounding buildings crack, and Ryan disappears. Ryan now has to clear his name for a crime he accidentally did. Will the world except him and what he can do, or will they execute him and let the CCC roam the streets once more to find the last of the conduits?( this is a fan based story if you read you can decide if he chooses the good or the bad!)
