Every interaction has a toll, a ripple that effects how someone is or how something can happen. Sometimes people change in drastic ways without anybody realizing until they look back into the past, the smallest inch can take a toll and can affect everyone's life in a ripple. So with that explanation out of the way: Izuku never got one for all, All Mights injury wasn't bad enough to warrant a successor and he never started teaching at UA. Because of this Izuku developed Schizoid personality disorder, It is characterized by a long-standing pattern of detachment from social relationships. A person with schizoid personality disorder often has difficulty expressing emotions and does so typically in very restricted range, especially when communicating with others. But ever dam can break.
