When our once bright and sunny Earth is surrounded in darkness and shadows, havoc begins and destroys our world. A few years after the darkness appears, a girl with a shadow is born. Her name is Lucia Heartwood and the darkness had stolen everyone's shadows- all but hers. She's an outcast and is hunted down by the shadowless beings known as Drifters. There is only one way for Lucia to escape this madness and that's to find it's source.
