You are a Student at Durmstrang Insitute in the far north and grew up without a Family. When you find out that Harry is your cousin you transfer to Hogwarts. You quickly realise that Hogwarts is nothing like Durmstrang and you strugle to adjust to the new envireonment. But there is one Professor you soon start to feel comfortable around and there is something about you that he can't quite grasp. Soon his guard starts to falter and before he even realises it, he loses control over it. Note: This is going to be a slow-burn. Dumbledore assigned Severus Snape to teach her about her abilities and how to use them, it ended up that Severus knew more then anyone thought. if Rhiannon is unsuccessful with control of her powers or learning who she really is she could become a weapon.
