L4-C12E59 was taken from her parents, aged 11 from the gates of her school. She hasn't seen them since. 8 years later, she's a HYDRA experiment with the ability to make and manipulate electricity- lightning. She hasn't seen the outside world in years.
An attack on the base changes things, and she escape into the wilds of Russia, only to be picked up by a group of 'heroes' or so they call themselves. To her, they're just another organisation intent on keeping her prisoner. Everything is new, and as her powers grow more and more out of control, she begins to lose her grip on reality and herself.
