Mysterious Notebook

Annie was a person of small talk and more silent observation. When she happened to chance upon an old battered leather book. A brown diary. She starts recording her experiences in it.
She has few friends and none whom she can call her bosom friend. Maybe that is why she finds her longing to have a companion satisfied through 'brown'; that's what she calls the diary.
It was supposed to be only an entity in her mind. A body-less faceless mute entity.
