Everything Is Different- Izzex

⚠️SPOILER WARNING⚠️ Everything happened differently. Izzie never left Alex or Seattle. Her and Alex stayed together. Alex never married Jo. Everything is different. In this story, I imagined how life would be different at Seattle Grace Mercy West/Grey Sloan Memorial (as it takes place during both time periods) if Izzie never left. During the story, the perspective changes from character to character. Each time it changes to a different characters perspective, it will say who's perspective it is changing to.
