A short poem/story. A letter of emotions, from nothing to everything.

It's about the times you've wished, never to feel anything ever again because you couldn't hold the weight anymore. The eventual lesson learned that when you want to keep your life, you have to allow everything back and go throughout the whole heeling proces. Even though it might be the most frightening and hardest thing in that moment. This letter is about the realization that accepting both, feeling nothing and everything can occur. It's something not to think anything off. Don't punish yourself, be kind, and try to love YOU. You're worth it.
