Phoebe riddle once attended durmstrang but was ordered to transfer by her father. Commonly known as Lord Voldemort. Phoebe would be transferred to Hogwarts to make sure Draco Malfoy for filled his task. The Malfoys had known to be flaky in the past so her father sent her to observe. Best part is he doesn't know She's watching his every move. He doesn't even know she exists no one does. But she still couldn't enter hogwarts with her current name. People would recognize the last name instantly. She would be under the name Bree de poh. If the letters were switched around a bit it would read her true name. But little did phoebe know that while keeping an eye on Malfoy she would fall for him.
