Chloe doesn't seem to care about anything, or anyone. She lives her life to the fullest, completely agreeing with the "No Regrets" statement. Everyone in town avoids her after the time she got arrested for going on a beer run. Chloe was calming down, making the town more relaxed as she wasn't starting anymore riots, or fires. Until Evan runs into Chloe one day, breaking the balance and setting Chloe off once again.
