This is a poetry/journal book about my experience in the Psych Ward.
It's all true accounts with names changed for privacy. I wrote this while in the ward, except for the last day.
Please take care in reading. If topics of suicide, depression, rape, molestation, and other possible topics are triggering for you, this may not be suitable to be read.

Poetry Of a Convoluted Mind
This is a small collection of poems that I have compiled over the years starting at age 15 stemming from my own personal experiences and observations of the world around me. I am hoping in the future for this to become a book. Trigger warning mentions of suicide, attempting suicide, self harm, addiction, OD, hanging, child abuse, depression, bullying, and psychological torture.
Project Heaven
Poems about grieving, hurting and crying. Poems about love, life and death. Poems about the demons lurking in the back of my mind. Poems to free myself from my own shackles. Poems again and again until I have nothing else to say. Shit Happens
This is for anyone that can't put there thoughts and feelings into words. Whether it be at your best, worst, most beautiful, or most tragic times. These poems will remind you of them. Or so I hope. Because I mean Shit Happens. What you should expect from this book: I am not trying to make excuses for why I push so many people away, I am not trying to make excuses for my actions, I don't get excuses, not anymore, No, I am merely providing explanations, If you don't like them, If you don't except them, If you just don't care, Then that's on you, Because I will not answer the question why anymore, I will bare my soul to you in the folds of these pages, Not saying a word, These are my explanations, These are me, Do with them as you will. Until one day she meets a boy she truly appreciates having in her life. Suddenly everything takes a turn backwards to where she started. Will Asa and the boy she loves with all her heart, stay together? This story contains topics such as self-harm, eating disorders, abusive parents, sexual assault. If you don't feel comfortable with these topics, do not read this AND THERE'S NO SMUT! So sorry if you don't enjoy this book or the writing of this story, i started this in 2023 april i wanted to make something specific with mental health and things might not make sense in what i wrote but i still hope you do enjoy it!!
