Miller was not the typical teenage guy, he never went to highschool, he never had a good childhood. His mother left him to be on his own since he was 14. He had thoughts of suicide and darkness. And all you could see was pain in his eyes.
After his therapist, quits, she recommend's Doctor Julianne Benward.
Of course, he doesn't want to be with another therapist so, he doesn't attend but he finally has to give in and go. After meeting Doctor Benward's daughter, he knows that he's in love.
They start talking and becoming something more crazy, but she still cannot get him to tell her what happened to him. But, she has a few secrets of her own.
