Outcast

in a small town called Goulmoure/ ( a fake city) lies a young teenage girl named Scarlet Windmill. Scarlet is a young adult, she is nineteen years old with thick, straight, dark brown hair and brown eyes. In Scarlet's town there are VERY strict rules,
1. Everything must be the same
2. You can only wear navy blue, white, black, and a little bit of grey clothing
And rule three, the hardest rule for Scarlet is..
3. You must find your Talent at age 20

You might be thinking, why would rule 3 be so hard for Scarlet if she is nineteen and all she needs to do is find a talent?, well, the it's a little more complicated than you think.
Scarlet had to try out and be judged when she was three years old for even living in this town.
When Scarlet was three was a very smart talented young girl but now things are different since then at age five her mother has raised two more children named Ethan, a young boy with shiny blonde hair, and Alice, a girl with curly light brown hair. When these children turned three ( when tryouts where held ) They earned a trophy for smartest three year old in town. And Scarlet never got any trophy's of any kind her little brother and sister had earned one almost every month, as you can see this family is VERY competitive, Scarlet parents loved her but they had died when her brother was 9, her sister was 12, and she was 15. So now Scarlet is having a lot of teenage troubles.
