The appledash parts really begin at Chapter 67 if you wanna skip ahead. 

Here is the summary after Chapter 67:
So basically, Rainbow realizes she wants applejack. So she snuck out just to go see applejack that night. Then Rainbow starts talking about how much she loved this "girl," and applejack gets mad. After that, Murder mysteries start to unfold. But then, soon after their friends start paying attention more, they realize their two friends are in love. Applejack and Rainbow start to hang out more and Argues. what applejack didn't know while she was hung out with rainbow, rainbow starts to reveal her actual feelings. But school is also here with drama. But can rainbow deal with it? But then something bad happens. ( keep reading to find out more )
