Her blood can either be poison if or the "greatest thing a vampire has ever tasted" if one doesn't get her permission to drink from her.... and even though she is NOT what she is meant to kill she can become them if necessary..... well "borrow their abilities" more or less.... whatever she needed to get the job done..... Niklaus is the next Mikaelson to kill her.....as well as fall in love....
