Aria Locke- a girl living in Nihel, from the famed Marbh Forest. Once a thriving place full of life, now dead and inhabited by the Alegeri. As a war so old that most have forgotten of it brews back to the top of everyone's brain, Aria is ran from her home and sent back to wander her old home after finding a man whom she was not meant to meet. There she begins a journey as the Electus for a race no one ever lived to tell tales about, and intertwined into a story far behind her capabilities to understand. Meet the chaotic life of Aria Locke. I swear the book will be better than this crappy description, but I do not believe I can summarize without spilling crazy spoilers, which are no fun.

(LOTR - Haldir Fic) Aisling Hughes has her life figure out. She has a great job working with her cousins in their family-run hotel business in New York. And her friends in the small town of Oklahoma where she was born. Sure life has dealt her some pretty hard blows, but she's always thought herself strong and capable, willing to do what was needed to help her family and friends. That was until a freak spring storm blows up, sending an unexpected (and rather large) tornado her way. When she wakes up, Aisling finds herself in a land she doesn't recognize, surrounded by people and creatures that shouldn't exist on the cusp of a war that she'll never survive, even with all her 21st century knowledge. Feeling completely out of her element, Aisling must rely on the help of the ever serious and stoic Haldir, and the cryptic advice of Lady Galadriel, as they search for a wizard who can supposedly send her back home (or help her wake up - she's still not sure if this is all real). And then learns that perhaps it wasn't a journey to find her way home, but to find herself... and perhaps fall in love along the way...
