World's Away

If you were given a chance to do something, or many things, in your life over again...would you agree? Would you try to keep a semblance of the same person you were; even while stranded in another time or alternate world? Or, would you become what you never knew you could and to seem as the complete antithesis to the previous version of yourself?

In a world where he knew of what was to come; he had a choice. To stop the oncoming storm and take the pain that came with doing so. To make himself enemies with those he knew were scheming all the time...from within a very dangerous place. Or, he had the choice to watch as the storm engulfed all that was and all he knew with a satisfied smirk; guiding and reveling in it as he held a hand and paved the path for a new world to emerge victoriously.
