Amanda Rink is 17 years old. She's hyper. Loves to laugh. Smart. Beautiful. And doesn't listen to what anyone says about her. When she is forced to move to her uncle's home in Atlanta, she has mixed emotions. She's going to miss her friends, but is glad to be leaving a place with the memories that haunted her. She has a terrible past, but always kept her head high. No one knew about her past, and she planned to keep it that way. As time progresses, she begins to get bullied at school. She seems to take it well, atleast that's what everyone else thinks.  She has one person to run too, who stands with open arms, but she won't. Why would she want to run to someone who will just hurt her anyways?

Peyton Sanders is a 17 year old, aspiring artist. He has the fans, the views, and the gigs. His dream is coming true. When his friend Christian's cousin moves in, he starts developing feelings for this mystery girl. He can tell she's hiding something, and all he wants is for her to open up to him. As his feelings grow stronger, he wonders even more what she could possibly be hiding. She begins to be bullied at school. He tries to help her, always being there if she needs him. But she doesn't. Well, that's what she says.

James watches Emma embarrass herself on multiple different occasions, And still wont explain why he is upset with her. But, after Sammi gets a football player to put a cockroach in Emma's hair in class, Emma runs out to leave. She then runs into James, who Offers to give her a ride home. He then tells her he fiund out it was Sammi who started the rumor. And to make it up to her, he brings her to see her favorite series, 'Raven-Man' at the Drive-in theatre.
