Jinx Darlington is a pureblood witch that was sorted into the House of Slytherin her first year at Hogwarts. She only has one friend, Severus Snape. She's the only person in Slytherin that knows he's a half-blood. He's the only one at the whole school, that they know of, that knows she's a descendant of Salazar Slytherin, the creator of the House of Slytherin. She's also the only one that protects him from James Potter, Sirius Black, Remus Lupin, and Peter Pettigrew. Those four really get on Jinx's nerves. So does Lily Evans, for some obvious reasons. Jinx has one secret that Severus doesn't know... she's loved him since they first met.

Follow Jinx as she goes through her 6th and 7th years at Hogwarts with Severus, before reuniting years later back where it all began. Find out how Severus feels when Jinx becomes Professor McGonagall's aid in teaching Transfigurations.
