In this society, Dolion is in control of thoughts, actions, and emotions. The Mental Cage is where he brainwashes people to do and think whatever he wants them to. When it's your time, you are kidnapped by the government (The Untouchables) and taking to the secret Cage to be "corrected." He has separated children and parents and Lisa and Auden spent most of their early teens trying to figure out a way to meet their parents again. Will they find a way to save themselves and everyone else?

I see the world through different eyes--literally. Some people would say I have it all. I'm smart, have popular friends and my parents are loaded. One deadly weekend at the family lake house changes all that. Nevertheless, their ambitions change when they, without meaning to, find themselves in the Games together. They are both determined to win. But if they don't, what will happen to them?
