Sailing is one of the best water sports that involve many skills. You cannot simply put anyone on a ship without the right knowledge and expect them to be able to sail. There are many aspects involved with sailing and it will analyze you both physically and mentally. Whether you are sailing competitively or not, there's especially little that can strike the feeling of being out on the water, storm filling the sails, connecting the control of nature, and relying on your abilities and professionalism.
