Splendor of Five Aligned Stars (The Quintessential Quintuplets x Male Reader)

As far as any average Asahiyama High School student goes, Class 2-1's well-known Satoru Manabu is your studyholic 18 year old academic male student who were allegedly an outgoing and straight-laced genius on the outside who is at the top of the game. But in factuality, at home, he is a reserved, detached, and a narrow-minded otaku. Living with his single mother in a decent apartment who is a responsible doctor that dedicated herself into treating patients in a large hospital, Satoru has a fair bit knowledge of basic first aid procedures thanks to his mother.

At school, he forced himself to put on a jovial and studious persona around with his acquaintances. A few of them whom he trusts the most knows his "alter ego", vowing to keep it undisclosed. At some point in time in his second-year, he involuntarily got himself a tutoring job that was supposedly to be his sister's job that got passed down to him but in the process, he protests that he will attend as her substitute.

From that point onward, unfortunate circumstances occurred and Satoru were acquainted with Uesugi Fuutarou and eventually met with the quintuplets known as: Ichika, Nino, Miku, Yotsuba, and Itsuki. Each of them are identical but they has a subtle difference towards one another. But despite that, their own tutors simply still can't distinguish them but whose to say that it will not change? It all began one day, early September at their second-year of high school... And thus, the unexpected "romcom" life of Manabu Satoru began.
