Caroline moved to Silverton, Oregon, from California. Sunshine and sand, to wet, damp, dense and gray Silverton. She thought her life was fine. Quiet, rainy, melancholy, and gray. That was Silverton. Of course, the old legends of supernaturals--werewolves, vampires--and hangings, but it didn't bother her. With a loving fiancée, a dog, and a new home, this was going to be fine.
