A two-in-one version of Snafu the Great's Emperor fic. Banished from Konohagakure no Sato following the Sasuke Recovery Mission and marked for death, Naruto Uzumaki flees the Elemental Nations with Hinata Hyuga in tow. Now as Emperor and Empress of the Western Empire, Naruto and Hinata plans to bring about Konoha's downfall.
