Each year, fourteen-year-olds from all over Raywen are brought to the isles of Meteor Bay to touch the magical ivy that grants a select few with the ability to shapeshift into an animal. If they receive an animal, they join the Animal Police and are trained as the next generation of shapeshifters. Celsa and Phoebe have just started their training, but they can sense that there's something off about the whole thing. Celsa starts having recurring dreams of her past, and of her friend Philip. Phoebe runs off into the woods each night to escape her cursed animal and meets another wolf shapeshifter named Finn. She's learning as she goes and figures out a way to help stop her sister's shift and save her sister's unborn child. Furries are so beautiful and come with some yummy energy. She just wants to eat them up. ~*~ The alley that takes me to my car smells disgusting like something had died in it, it was dark, a dim light here and there with noises that sounded like a raccoon was in a garbage can. A fat rat scurried across my path, damn thing scared the sh*t out of me. My heart pounding I looked down watching for the rat as I left the alley and not paying attention to my surroundings. I walked straight into someone. Mumbling my apologies while I step to the left of him. He stepped with me. Excusing myself I tried to move to the right of him, he followed me again. As I looked up I realized he wasn't alone. There were three more guys in a small circle surrounding me. What the hell just kids, ages 14 to 18.
