Gin has a passion for cooking and was eager even as a child to join their parents in the diner's kitchen. They quickly learned and honed their skill, and it wasn't long before those that ate Gin's cooking began to refer to them as a demon of the diner. However, as Gin got older, their cooking took a turn and started to have a strange side effect.... Gin's food could make people feel things so deeply, whether it be warmth like sitting by a fire on a cool summer's night or even falling madly in love.

Gin was aware their food could make people fall in love, it was hard not to notice with all of the love confessions they got, but they weren't aware just how deep the rabbit hole went. Then, after joining Totsuki Culinary Academy, Gin begins to really branch out into the culinary world to hone their craft even more. But what are they to do when someone catches their eye and is immune to Gin's lovely cooking? Well, get even better at cooking, of course.
