A scream rang out over the house, breaking the thick silence.
Everyone looked up from their work, then went back to it, searching the books more fervently than ever.
Five days ago, Luna had called the police, claiming she saw someone in her house. This call led to several more calls being made, and eventually reached 6 individuals, known to be experts in their field.
All six of them arrived at the house today, unpacking gear and books from boxes and setting up camp in the drawing room of the old Victorian house.
They set up cameras and began to research a bit, waiting for night to fall so they could catch the perpetrator.
All six of them were experts in their field. Not of catching criminals, or of law and justice.
But of paranormal activity.
