C-Listers

In Gotham City, mythos is the difference between an A-List Rogue, and a nameless goon. So when the A-Lister of all A-Listers, The Joker himself, starts a riot in Arkham Asylum, a ragtag group of second string supervillains decide to seize the opportunity and take their rightful place in Batman's Rogues Gallery.
The timer is ticking, they only have until the Bat arrives and puts a stop to this whole thing to make an impact to last a lifetime, and dethrone the Clown Prince of Crime.
