In a physiatrics place, patients become worried and scared due to patients and caretakers being killed off. With no phones, no keys to unlock doors, and no safety exits,  the patients are being tormented by the killer before they are driven to more insanity, and the killer says that they will get each one of them. All you have to do to survive is.....r u n.
