Era 3 has changed everything for Homeworld and its Gems. Everyone can now live in harmony without a hierarchy to be overshadowed by or a higher-class Gem to be nagged by. But with some having known their old Era styles all their lives, they have to go to Earth to learn what has changed.
In this story, we follow some very odd Gems through their new lives on Earth. A Bixbite with no claw and a Star Sapphire of no sight have to adapt and overcome this strange change to their lives, as now they don't have to really hide anymore. They will meet tough obstacles, unique environments..and even some oddball friends as well.. But all they know is they aren't the Biproducts of Homeworld's terrible destruction anymore..

Star Sapphire is the only sapphire of her kind. Her ranking is higher than an Agate! All star gems are second to the Diamonds. But each of them still had a Diamond they were made for. Star Sapphire was made for Pink Diamond. She was made on Homeworld and was always treated like a superior. She was very loyal to Pink Diamond and the other Diamonds. She had future vision that was 99% correct! She also had fire and ice powers. (Like Todoroki from BNHA) And her weapon was a bow. Like Opals. She knew about Rose Quartz but never questioned her. She always saw Rose doing her work when she came by, so she didn't question it. She didn't look into the future to find out about her Diamonds shattering. She never knew until.. One day, Sapphire was walking up to her Diamonds palanquin when she saw.. The Rose Quartz. She drew her rebel blade and... *POOF* Her gem was no longer there... there were pieces of her where she had dissipated her form. She stared at Rose in shock. She didn't really hate Rose but she dislikes her for now. She didn't REALLY agree with her Diamond but.. That doesn't mean she deserved to be shattered! Once the Diamonds directed there attack... and Star ran as fast as she could to one of the Kindergarden holes and hid. But someone didn't make it.... Her friend.. Star Ruby. Made for Yellow Diamond and very well known. She was corrupted. "POOF ME!" "but.." "DO IT" Star summoned a arrow and pierced it through Stars stomach. *Poof* Wonder who that reminded her of.. We must focus on guiding the Magic; not controlling it. For it is through controlling it we allow it to control ourselves. Time between dimensions is in a constant state of flux. There is no way of saying how many years have passed, nor how many will. However, the saying remains the same: "Yesterday was history, Tomorrow is a mystery, But today is a gift. That is why it is called the present." =+=+=+= This is another Hermitcraft fanfiction, set in a season eight/nine AU (Evolution-EmpiresS1-HCS8-HCS9-Watcher AU). I don't own any of the characters; they belong to the Hermits as their Minecraft Personas. This book also sporadically features Evolution and Empires SMP characters. Pearl is the main character, but there are a few backstories followed as well. The first part of the chapter will always be Pearl, and the second a backstory (with a few exceptions when the chapter gets extra-long). Answer the chapter questions if you feel like it, even if you live in the mysterious future. I don't ship. I'm not certain about the hermit preferences, so I'd prefer to leave that to them and portray all of them as amazing friends (which they are). =+=+=+= There will be angst to satisfy your hunger.
