13 boys, 13 powers. Seungcheol, is the eldest out of 13 boys, but he's the last one to be discovered. His powers are rare, and very powerful. It could be dangerous if he didn't know how to handle it.

He, and 13 other boys were brought to one place, for training their powers. And, finding out how their powers actually works.

At first, they didn't get along. But later, they learned that if they wanted to escape this place, they have to work together.
