Before he goes he notices the boy standing atop a building with something in his eyes.
Fear.
Wilbur, Techno, Phil, Tommy, and Tubbo all go to a school created to help students with magical powers. Their job, is to go out and find people who've gained these abilities, and teach them how to use their abilities correctly, as well as "defeat" people who uses their abilities incorrectly, like what Tubbo likes to call "Super Heroes"
FYI- There will be swearing. If you're not comfortable with that don't read :))
