Long ago a group of superheroes and villains worked together to prevent an invasion. But they managed to kill more people than they saved. However, some would call it a cure, and some would call it a curse. The scientists of course needed subjects to make sure it would work, and they selected teenagers and young adults all across the world for it between the ages of 15 and 23, only to find, the antidote had an insane side effect.
