His trauma and depression caused him to be scared enough to do the thing that hurt him most- cutting off those he cares about. All of them... or not. He's been a part of a small, secret friend group since about a month after the first year began. Izuku Midoriya, Denki Kaminari, and Minoru Mineta made up the Depressed Trio or DT. They stuck with him throughout this, helping him raise the twins he bore, becoming the "fun uncles" and helping him as much as they could, being that Izuku has been resistant to accept help.
