Ken was experimented on when he was young. It ended in him gaining mind reading powers. Ken had no control on who's thoughts he could hear and he couldn't stop reading minds.
Ken and his friends want to meet up,but on his way to the park they would meet up at Ken finds him self on the busiest street in Chicago.
