David and Cynthia are taking a trip and they are leaving their kids with their aunt Kali while their gone. While their there Dan and Verago learn that the kids names are Cali, CJ, and Ron.

Dan got into a big fight with his parents and so he uses his powers in front of them and then opens a portal and runs away and ends up in a city and meets a man named Sam Flynn. They then go on an adventure to a digital world known as the Grid. And when trouble happens they have to get to the portal to leave before the army gets to their world and conquers it.
