After a devastating Nuclear terrorist attack to Downing Street, the minister of defense, and even David Cameroon himself argues that the current Special Air Service isn't always enough to effectively counter all threats to Britain. So the Royal Guards Regimen is reformed to an elite training program, selecting cadets in eighth and ninth grade, training them until they are nineteen. They do an Enlisted cadet program while completing high school in two years, then getting bachelors degrees in another three, entering service as commissioned officers. Five years after the bill is passed, the first Royal Guards go active, while one Cadet starts his first stage. With determination he will graduate with honor but he will need to work hard to do so.
