The quote on the front cover belongs to the WorldEnd Anime by the same name, which is owned by Akira Kireno.

First book sry for mistakes. Nothings been the same since the death blast. That what they started calling the "incident". Somewon pressed a button and nuclear bombs appeared in every au and went off at once leaving a toxic radioactive wasteland. This who survived mutated from radiation and those that didn't mutate lost there magic from radiation, no one can summon portals anymore. Error is one of the few who didn't mutate but his magic is basically gone. His blasters are full of radiation and will self destruct an explosion of radioactive waste (and an actual explosion) after a few seconds of being summoned. Teleporting to much will give him radioactive poisoning and he can only summon bones in his hands and even then not many. Error practiced summoning bone tools which helped him a lot when he needed better defense and weapons/tools. But we are not here to talk about what happened shortly after the death blast that's for another time. For now we are focusing on current events. This multiverse is one with a balance and error as destroyer (he hates his job but wasn't forced) but since there's no more aus being made balance does not matter. FALLOUT: Sievert - Volume 1: The Forsaken by LynneJJW

Fallout is based on what people in 1998 would think people in 1950 would imagine the world would be like in the 2070s, then nuked. Fallout is more about the people and communities that try to move forward after a nuclear devestation, those who thrive, and then those who are drifting off, and those who have hit such a bottom that they have no further to fall. Many communities will rise from the nuclear ash for most to fail. In this world, there are no good guys; there are no bad guys. Everyone is just trying to get by and survive. The story takes a first-person point of view from a character who is pushed out of her home and into an unknown world. This world is mostly under control by two main factions at war though; one being the self-proclaimed United States and the other being the self-proclaimed owners of the counter, the Enclave. This story has many ups and downs and level offs. It has frustrations, situations, shows emotion, and thinking of the main character. It will read dynamically in its speed and depth in specific details as this girl looks for a new home in the post-nuclear wasteland in the year of 2300.
